Medication in School

Most pupils will at some time have a medical condition that may affect their participation in school activities. For many this will be short term; perhaps finishing a course of medication to combat an infection.  Other pupils have medical conditions that, if not properly managed, could limit their access to education. 

At Old Rayne School we ensure medication is administered and stored safely and recorded accurately.  

Please complete the form below should your child require to have any medication during the school day.  Please note that any medication given to school to administer should have a pharmacy label attached.

Pupils with asthma must have immediate access to their reliever inhalers when they need them.  

Parents should provide us with a spare inhaler for their child's use.
