The Pupil Council is here to make sure every pupil has a voice. Under the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), all children have the right to share their views and have them listened to when decisions are made (Article 12).
The Council gives pupils a fair and democratic way to share ideas, suggest changes, and help shape school life.
By working together with teachers, parents, and the wider community, the Council helps make our school a safe, fair, and positive place where everyone feels respected and included.
Our Pupil Council decided on the following aims for our group:
To make school a better place.
To support everyone to feel happy and safe,
To make sure everyone feels heard, respected and included.
